At Our Lady Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, we are more than just a congregation; we are a family united by faith and love. Our community is a vibrant tapestry of individuals from all walks of life—young and old, long-time parishioners and newcomers alike.
Rooted in the rich traditions of our Catholic faith, we strive to live out the Gospel each day through prayer, fellowship, and acts of charity. Whether we gather around the altar or extend a helping hand, we do so with hearts open to God's grace.

The Seven Sacraments
We offer a range of sacramental services tailored to meet your spiritual needs. From Baptism to Matrimony, we work closely with you to bring your faith to life.
Baptism is the foundational sacrament and the gateway to the other sacraments. It is the beginning of a life of faith and membership in the Body of Christ.
The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life. It is the very Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ.
Confirmation completes the grace of Baptism by a special outpouring of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, sealing us for Christ's mission.
Reconciliation is the sacrament of God's infinite mercy, where our sins are forgiven and we are restored to grace.
